You must be willing to work split shifts and weekends.
Ideally you will have had experience in a busy kitchen, but it is not essential, provided you are happy to learn and work hard.
We offer competitive rates of pay, plus monthly tips.

The Langley Tap Christmas Menu 2017
Served Tuesday ~ Saturday. 1st ~ 23rd December.
Smoked Salmon and Crayfish Horn ~ With a homemade Marie rose sauce and crusty brown bread. (DF)
Spiced Cauliflower Soup ~ Drizzled with paprika oil, served with crusty bread to dip.(V, GF, DF)
Duck Leg Confit ~ Slow roasted, served with a green peppercorn sauce on a bed of nutmeg spinach.
Traditional Roast Turkey ~ with all the trimmings, Roast potatoes, homemade Yorkshire pudding and a pig in blanket, served with a rich cider and basil gravy.
Roast Sirloin of Beef ~ Cooked pink, and served with traditional trimmings of roast potatoes, a homemade Yorkshire pudding, pig in blanket and a rich red wine and thyme gravy.
Tempura Battered Seabass ~ A fillet of Seabass in a light homemade batter, served on a bed of sweet chilli, stir fried vegetables. (GF, DF)
Parsnip, Sweet Potato, Spinach and Cranberry Parcel ~ Wrapped in filo pastry, with a champagne and cream sauce. (V)
All served with seasonal vegetables.
Traditional Christmas Pudding ~ served with brandy infused Chantilly cream
Cherry and Kirsch Crème Brulée ~ served with a homemade dark chocolate biscuit.
Chocolate Brownie ~ Served with salted caramel ice-cream. GF

£28 per person, 10% gratuity will be added to parties of 6 or more.
